Illinois woman Amber Zabran has filed a lawsuit after allegedly being thrown from a mechanical penis ride inside The Nerd, a bar located at the Neonopolis on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas.

According to KLAS, Zabran filed the lawsuit last week in Clark County, Nevada, court over injuries she claims to have suffered while attempting to ride the attraction.

The unusual machine essentially operates like a mechanical bull, except the traditional bull has been replaced by a structure shaped like male genitals.

Riders are tasked with staying on as the machine moves beneath them, with The Nerd regularly promoting the attraction on its website and social media.

Its website describes the challenge in typically eye-catching fashion.

“Ride it, slide it, stay on top of the World Famous Gyrating Johnson Mechanical Member Bull ride exclusively at The Nerd. Can you hang on?”

However, Zabran claims her attempt at taking on the ride ended painfully.

According to the lawsuit, Zabran had visited the bar with friends and claims they were not asked to sign waivers before getting onto the attraction.

She also alleges that staff wanted to increase the difficulty of the ride as it continued.

Take a look at the ‘ride’ below:

Zabran was eventually thrown from the machine and claims her foot or ankle became caught underneath a large cut-out section, causing her injuries.

The lawsuit describes the alleged impact of the incident in considerable detail, claiming Zabran suffered “great pain of body and mind, including serious and painful physical injuries, as well as shock and injury to her nervous system entailing mental stress, anxiety and anguish,”.

The report states that some of the injuries Zabran suffered could potentially be permanent, although further details about their exact nature were not provided.

She is now seeking damages from the Las Vegas bar following the incident.

According to KLAS, the costs being sought include medical expenses and total more than $15,000, although the lawsuit reportedly does not state a specific overall figure.

The attraction remains one of The Nerd’s more distinctive features, with the bar’s own promotion encouraging customers to test whether they can remain aboard the mechanical ride.

For Zabran, though, what began as a night out with friends has developed into a legal dispute, with the Illinois woman now seeking compensation over the injuries she says she suffered after being thrown from the machine.
