A woman whose appearance now turns heads across social media has revealed just how dramatically her look has changed — and the before-and-after contrast is leaving people stunned.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Known online as Toxii, the heavily tattooed content creator has transformed her body over the past several years with a series of extreme modifications that push far beyond conventional boundaries. Today, she is almost entirely covered in blacked-out tattoos across her upper body, alongside multiple piercings and striking facial alterations.
But it’s the finer details that have truly set her apart.
Her transformation includes tattooed eyes, horn-like forehead implants, a split tongue — and most notably, the removal of her nose. In one of the most talked-about revelations, she confirmed that she has kept the removed body part in a jar.
The admission came during a conversation with street artist Devon Rodriguez, where she openly discussed both the motivation and physical toll behind her decisions.
“What inspired you to get modifications?” Rodriguez asked.
Toxii responded: “Because I like to be imperfect and I think that imperfections make you unique.”
While her appearance may suggest a high tolerance for pain, she made it clear that not all procedures were equal.
When asked about her forehead implants, she said: “No, not at all. I think that my nose removal was way worse.”
The healing process alone highlights the intensity of that procedure, with Toxii revealing it took around “eight weeks” to recover.
Rodriguez then asked the question many viewers were already thinking.
“Did you keep the nose?”
Her response only added to the intrigue surrounding her transformation.
“I have all my body parts, in like little jars, yeah.”
The revelation quickly spread across social media, drawing a mix of fascination, confusion, and debate. But it wasn’t just her current look that captured attention — it was the resurfacing of what she looked like before any of the modifications.
In a recent Instagram post, Toxii shared an image from 2019, showing a completely different version of herself. In the older photo, she appeared with long blonde hair, soft glam makeup, and no visible tattoos or body modifications.
The contrast is stark. And, as expected, the reaction online was immediate and divided.
“You were so beautiful before,” one user wrote. “What on Earth made you do this to yourself?”
Another questioned her motivations more directly, asking: “Why do you hate yourself?”
Some users focused on the speed of her transformation, expressing concern over how quickly the changes appeared to take place.
“I don’t understand how you can make these mods in such a short time.
“I think these decisions are best made over a longer period – it gives the body, mind, and soul time to adjust to the change and make a healthy choice on continuing. This quick impulsiveness breeds discontent and regret.”
Others took a more extreme stance, speculating on reasons behind her appearance.
“The only explanation for this is the fact that she’s possessed and has a deep strong poltergeist possessing her,” one person claimed.
Another added: “There is no other need for this much body modification and Satanic rituals to be done without attachment of the Unknown.”
But not all responses were critical.
Among the noise, there was also support — with some praising her confidence and individuality.
“Beautiful before and during and after,” one commenter wrote.
Another added: “I think she’s still gorgeous”.
For Toxii, however, the message has remained consistent throughout. Her transformation isn’t about fitting into expectations — it’s about rejecting them entirely.
